Deposit: A non-returnable Deposit of £100 per room is payable on reservation with the balance to be paid by 1st December 2011. If payment is not received we reserve the right to attempt to re-let the room.

Cancellation: If a room is cancelled for whatever reason, neither the deposit nor, after the 1st December, any monies will not be refunded. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to prevent your self from being personally liable.
