Deposit.  A non refundable deposit of £100 per room is payable on reservation with the balance to be paid by the 1st December 2008 If payment is not received we reserve the right  to try and re-let the room.

Cancellation. Should a room be cancelled for whatever reason, neither the deposit nor, after 1st December 2008 any of the monies will be refunded. Cancellation insurance is recommended to prevent you from being personally liable.
